Board of Education Meeting Minutes. You can read about what happened at any BOE meeting within the past year. State Education Department. This is the main site for NY State's Education Department. There are several sites under it's jurisdiction with a wealth of information. Although some of it is old and not kept up to date the majority of it is. Navigation is not very easy. We will list sub-sites here to help you find pertinent data. School District Property Tax Report Card for School Year (SY) 03-04. You can see the proposed tax levy for the budget that was proposed to the voters of the district. Note the date on the report shows that the MWCSD failed to meet the state's suspense date for providing data. One consequence of that is that the annual report put together by School District Property Tax Report Card for SY 02-03. This works, but is last years data. MWCSD's BEDS code is 441201.
